the food isn't bad, but the service is very inconsistent. last week, I went through the drive-thru and ordered chili, baked potato and chicken nuggets (for my toddler - he's a big fan). I'm so glad I checked the bag before we drove off because the nuggets weren't in there. having a two-year-old, there's a reason why we opted for the drive-thru option instead of eating inside. it was cold and I didn't want to make more out-of-the-car trips than we needed to. since the drive-thru line was moving pretty quickly, I just went through again to let them know. I did get an apology but no compensation for their mistake. a few weeks ago (when the weather was nicer) a friend walked in while I was dining inside with my son. they forgot to give him his drink so he had to come back inside. it's nice to be speedy, but not when pieces of orders are forgotten.

I was craving a frosty so I went by the nearest Wendy's. Is it just me, or is every Wendy's in JoCo mediocre? This was the best I've had in a while (food was warm, fries were made recently...) but I really think the prices are out of line with the quality. They keep advertising themselves as fresh when it seems anything but! However, I was satisfied with this trip, and think I'd be willing to give the location another shot the next time I can't resist the siren call of a frosty and fries.

The dine-in breakfast service was fast, and sort of friendly. The chicken on the breakfast sandwich didn't seem to be fresh, and was small, and oddly shaped. The dining area was recently remodeled, and clean, though.

Yea, skip this Wendy's if you can. Staff is unfriendly and rude. Tonight I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes before they noticed I was waiting. Then when did see me they were upset I was wanting food. How do I know this? Well I am white but I learned basic Spanish to speak to my crews.

Don't waste your time at this location. The food tastes bad here. The staff is as rude as can be, they make sure you are aware your inconveniencing them. My order is never right, always missing something. I drive out of my way to go to 95th and Lackman location where the food is always fresh, hot and tastes like it was supposed to. It's obvious they hold themselves to higher standards than most other Wendy's locations. outstanding service, every time.

Gosh Wendy's has been around forever...or so it seems. Based on the visits I've had to the one on College and Quivira and this one on 87th Street and I-35, I can't figure out how they are keeping the doors open. The food is awful. The fries I had yesterday were cooked in old oil, the burger was tasteless, and the iced coffee...I can't even give an accurate description of it. No more Wendy's for me. If I want a burger I'll look for a Five Guys!

For fast food, I don't expect much. But the past few times I have come to this particular location, I have been disappointed. It doesn't take much to impress me with food, but unfortunately I won't be back. The first time I went, I was ignored for about 10 minutes upon walking to the counter. She saw I was there, my husband and I were the only ones in the entire restaurant and the woman just kept walking by the register without making eye contact. Finally, we walked out and went to the drive thru and got immediate service. The second time we came, we just went directly to the drive thru and were greeted with, " what do you want?". We went ahead and ordered, then when we got to the window, the woman did not say anything. Handed us our stuff, and sent us on our way. After getting home I notice that my Spicy Chicken Sandwich was dry, not warm, and very hard to take a bite of. Things happen, so I moved onto my baked potato which was cold, not fully cooked, and very slimy. (I don't know where that would come from?) So the food was not so great, and the service has been consistently horrible every time we have come. The Wendy's on College is great! But this location really needs some work...
